Shipping Costs

If an order is received before 14:00 CET, we aim to dispatch the order the same day. All delivery times referred to above are estimates only, and we do not accept any liability for failure to deliver items within the stated delivery period.

GLADDERR insures every purchase during its time en-route to you, from the moment it leaves the warehouse until the moment it’s delivered to your door. We require a signature for all delivered goods; once you’ve signed for your items, we are no longer responsible for them. If you’ve specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery (for example if the item is a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by the named recipient (or addressee) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by GLADDERR.

When shipped outside the EU, GLADDERR items may be subject to import duties and taxes. GLADDERR does not pay these duties and taxes, and you are not charged for these at the time of placing your order. These costs will be invoiced by the shipping carrier upon delivery of your items and you’ll be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes. Duty and tax rates vary from country to country, and also depend on the items that are being shipped. We have no control over these charges and encourage you to contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Collect On Delivery service is currently not available.
